Swiss Tax Kit is a sole proprietorship. It is not entered in the commercial register, which is not required below CHF 100,000 of annual turnover. No VAT number is shown because the business is below the CHF 100,000 VAT registration threshold: prices are final and no VAT is added.
Independence
Swiss Tax Kit is a private service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Federal Tax Administration (ESTV/AFC), the Swiss Tax Conference (SSK/CSI), or any cantonal tax authority. eCH-0196 is an open standard published by the eCH association; we implement it, and we are not certified by anyone.

We prepare the statement. We do not file anything, sign anything, or give tax advice.
